Clint has over 35 years of experience in public sector and private corporate employment. He has over 20 years of technology internal planning and corporate technology sales of products and systems.

Project/Program Management – Developed internal assessment, criteria and planning for a $40 million dollar public safety facility; technology and radio communications project. Managed all vendors. Developed the data specifications and managed the internal programmer code development teams. Co-chairman on Contracts Board, Coordinator for $38 million RF Communications System, Regional Emergency Response Planning Board, and Coordinator for multi-agency 911-CAD, Records, Mobile Communications, Management Analysis, Crime Analysis, and Research & Planning for national CALEA agency certifications. Result – Protected agency against contractor liabilities with cost savings in the millions. First Sheriff’s Office in Florida to be nationally accredited.

Systems Implementations –A technology sales leader on over $100 million in public sector technical projects for wireless mobile data communications, 800 - 900 MHz RF systems, CAD, Records, E-911 Systems, CJIS, facilities projects, enterprise software, mil spec and tempest secure hardware manufacturing. Also sold and co-managed implementations for encrypted digital video systems, mainframe computers and integration, multi-network modems, 802.11 networks, GPS/AVL, mobile message switch software. LANS/WANS and Internet. Result – Experience in multi agency enterprise IT solutions and their requirements.

This combined public sector and private industry technology background will enhance our understanding of client agency problems and issues towards the development of future planning to resolve and bring in the best recommended solutions.

Clint served both the Broward County Sheriff’s Office and the City of Miami Police Department.


Clint was recently appointed to and serves on the “Editorial Advisory Board” of Hendon Publishing Company’s new Public Safety IT magazine. He is an occasional writer and contributor covering public safety technology.

State of Florida FDLE Certifications Police Officer, Instructor Trainer, Supervision – Management Advanced Programs. IACP Certifications in Computer Systems, Public Facilities Development, etc.

Clint attended the FBI Academy, School of Computer Fraud Investigations as well as over 2,000 hours of additional state certification programs and private industry technology training in communications, WANS, LANS, computer design, hardware and software systems, wireless networks, multi-product integration technologies.
